Locations

Teleca Germany has currently two attractive R&D locations with excellent connections to train stations, airports, highways and local transport. Our R&D site in Nürnberg is just a few tubestations away from the world known historic centre and located in a modern and spacious office center with free parking. The Teleca Bochum office is located in one of the top floors of a modern office- and shopping premise with view over the main shopping boulevard, free parking, and with fitness & wellness centres in the same building. After work, enjoy Bochum's Nightlife in the notorious bar district, which locals call "Bermuda Triangle". Teleca in Berlin is located in the Jannowitz Center, right in Berlin’s city center, close to river Spree and in walking distance of many fancy sights. Needless to say that Berlin is one of the most exciting places to live and work in Europe.

This may sometimes result in extra work, however, regardless of whether you work at customer's or Teleca's premises, you enjoy 30 working days of annual vacation from year one and flexitime arrangements. Our policy is to compensate every extra hour you work. Onsite work at our customer’s premises is required from time to time, however, rules are, that each these assignments is announced early enough and with respect to individual's personal situation.

Training

Your competence is our capital and competitive advantage. Consequently, we take care that all our employees expand and strengthen their competences according to latest industry trends and customer needs. This is realized in several ways, be it training course, coaching on the job, or participation in demo projects between customer assignments.

Some people are scared to relocate to Germany because of all the paperwork and language barriers. Don’t worry, we have great experience in helping people to relocate to Germany and, in fact, many of our employees started working with us without German language skills.
